Benjii’s Complete Nutrition freeze dried dog food is made from a blend of raw and gently cooked human grade, organic ingredients and is free from common dog allergens. Complete Nutrition dog meals are formulated to meet or exceed the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for adult maintenance.
During the high-heat process that is used to produce most commercial dog food, most of the vitamins and minerals are stripped away and replaced artificially. By gently freeze drying our ingredients instead, we are able to provide a more nutritionally dense and fresher food for your dog than kibble or canned food, without the use of any artificial preservatives or synthetic vitamins.
In addition to being the healthiest dog food on the planet, we also aim to be the most environmentally friendly. By using only plant based, minimally processed ingredients, our products create less greenhouse gases, require less water usage and cause less water pollution than any of the leading pet food brands. Our freeze drying process minimizes packaging and distribution costs and all of our products use 100% compostable and recyclable packaging to further reduce environmental impact.

Michelle May is the founder of Benjii’s Canine Cuisine. She is a dog nutrition expert, plant based chef and animal rights advocate. With a lifelong love for dogs and fascination with food and nutrition, Michelle is passionate about helping improve the lives of dogs worldwide through the food they eat. In addition to Benjii, she is also dog mom to Vizslas Bodhi, Bambi and a Chihuahua, Pablo.
Dr. Shawn Messonnier is Chief Medical Officer and a well known expert on holistic pet care. He is an award-winning radio show host and the author of over 25 books on pet health care. His areas of interest include diet and nutrition, cancer, skin disorders, holistic wellness, senior pet care and internal medicine.
